A. Yes, tax is included within the price.

Q. How often do I pay?
A. Yearly or Monthly.

Q. How long does it take to setup my account?
A. Your account will usually be setup within 3 Hours of ordering.

Q. Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?
A. There are no hidden costs or setup fees!

Q. Can I password protect albums in my site?
A. Yes you can password protect albums within the website.

Q. How long does it take to get my domain working?
A. New photo sites are usually instantaneous.

Q. What kind of support do you offer?
A. We will give you all the support you need to get your photos online! Either via email or online msn chat and if you still need help just call us and we'll talk you through whatever issues you might have!

Q. How hard is it to upload photos?
A. It's as easy as a few mouse clicks! If you do get stuck the site comes with fully comprehensive help documentation and if that fails you can always email or msn us for further support.....and if you're still having trouble then just call us and we'll talk you through it!

Q. What will the site look like?
A. The site is fully customisable and comes with over 10 different themes to change the way it looks. Feel free to take a look at some of our existing customers photo sites on the examples page.

Billing: 

Q. How do I get the 30 day money back?
A. Simply email us your username, password and we process your refund in less then 24 hours.

Q. How do I make a payment?
A. You will either need to pay via a paypal subscription or setup an automatic payment into our account. All details will be in your welcome email.

Q. How do I stop billing?
A. If you wish to close your account simply email us your username, password. You must also include "I give you permission to delete my website and all of it's content".
